What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the GetFeedback Digital product, a voice-of-the-customer tool that allows customers to collect user feedback on their website and mobile apps with a simple, one-time technical setup. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product, this PM will set the course for the evolution of the GFB Digital product end-to-end from setup and collection to analysis and reporting experiences. You’ll be working closely with a team of talented front-end and back-end engineers to help shape incremental, data-driven solutions. This position will be in our Bengaluru office, co-located with the engineering team.

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features that help our customers achieve their goals
  • Execute your projects independently with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
  • Prioritize between focusing on existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence
  • Resolve customer problems by building the best solutions and help organizations automatically deliver the right insights, to the right people, at the right time, in the current systems embedded in their workflows
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support to align business / go-to-market strategies and plans for successful feature launches
  • Define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact
  • Use data, customer insights, and more to prioritize features, plan sprints and ship features that provide real measurable customer value

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally 5+ years in SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impact through cross-functional leadership
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and solve business problems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team
  • Ability to work with both co-located and remote engineers across time zones and cross-functional partners 
  • Preferred: Experience with complex enterprise or consumer web apps
