Welcome to the wimlink women and leadership survey.

The goal of this survey is to find out more about what leadership means to you, what you already know, and what you'd like to learn more about.

In a recent study, we learned that honing leadership skills was a top priority for professional women at all levels of their career. So, we have embarked on a series of interviews, focus groups and secondary research to find out exactly how some of the best women leaders have gotten to where they are, and what skills, tools and thinking need to be cultivated along the way.
