1. Employer Outcome Evaluation: Perception of Student's Learning

Following is a brief 11 item survey (10 questions and 1 informational) we are asking employers and supervisors of graduates of the EKU Masters in School and Mental Health counseling to complete. This survey will be used to assess the effectiveness of the programs and to identify any areas where we need to improve. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
