The companies we work with in India are committed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. In their quest to identify the best and brightest talent, a growing number are recognising that it is important to remove barriers to inclusion so that all groups of talent are able to contribute. As such many are looking to take proactive steps to attract and recruit university students and graduates with disabilities.


If you are a student/graduate with a disability or long-term health condition in India, we warmly invite you to participate in this short online survey. We want to hear and learn from you – in particular, your experiences and perspectives as you seek the transition to employment. The information you share will be instrumental in advising companies how to position themselves as an employer of choice to the disabled student community across India.
