June 2015 survey

Welcome to Pulse's June 2015 survey.

This multi-topic survey covers a range of areas, from the CQC to drug shortages, and attitudes to partnership to extended access.

We will also hold a prize draw and send one lucky respondent picked at random a Samsung Smart HD TV worth £230. Please note that in order to be eligible for the prize draw you must be a UK GP and must leave your email address so we can contact you.
