http://recollectionwisconsin.org Digital Heritage in Wisconsin's Small Communities Recollection Wisconsin is a collaborative program of WiLS (Wisconsin Library Services), Milwaukee Public Library, Wisconsin Historical Society and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We help Wisconsin libraries, archives, historical societies and museums digitize and share online their unique historical collections. Recollection Wisconsin is seeking to expand online access to photos, documents, artifacts and other historical materials from small and rural communities around the state. If you represent a library, historical society or other cultural heritage organization in a Wisconsin community of 6,000 people or fewer, we want your input! Please complete this survey to tell us more about your collections, whether you’re interested in digitizing and what we can do to help you share your collections online. Survey results will be made available at recollectionwisconsin.org later this summer. Identifying information will not be made public. Question Title 1. Your name Question Title 2.
