Thank you for taking the time to help us improve our Neighborhood Council Funding Program. On July 1, 2014, the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment launched the new checking account system and a new review process for Neighborhood Council events. This survey will assist us in making refinements to these systems that will be completed by December 1, 2014. After that, the Funding Program will not change until after the end of the current fiscal year, when we will do another series of Funding Townhalls and surveys to make further improvements to the system.
