Welcome to the 2012 State of PLM study. This survey will generate findings that will be published in an info-graphic style research report that will be published later this year. By participating in the study, you will receive a copy of the research report. This survey contains 13 questions in total. In all, it should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Server-based Software System: This software runs on internal or external server hardware. It is accessed by many product development particpants.

Desktop Software Application: This software runs on an individual’s desktop hardware. It is often accessed by a single product development participant.
