Thank you for filling out this brief SLU Faces and Places survey. This is a way for us (the SLU Chamber) to highlight you, one of our dear members, through social media.

Please answer these questions briefly, and feel free to have some fun with your answers. We will select three of these to go next to a photo you send us, and we will post this on our Facebook page. The photo should correlate to your answers and be either of you or your business. Be creative!

Please send us an email with a photo attached to SLUFP@sluchamber.org. Please include your business name as the subject line and label your photo in an identifiable way.

It's no problem for more than one person from your organization to fill this out, if there are a few individuals who would like to participate. We'll just space them out accordingly. We want the ultimate mix to be of both faces (real people!) and places (exterior or interior shots of your place of business). Send more than one photo, if you'd like, and we can make a small collage. (Example: a photo of a logo, a photo of you, a photo of your building, photo of a product/service)
