Point B’s Growing Together Leadership Program

The Growing Together program is Point B’s new leadership coaching program with the purpose to develop a well-connected, high-performing leadership community. To help us determine the impact and value of this pilot program, we will conduct some surveys to help us learn and adapt along our journey together. The aggregated results of the survey(s) will be summarized for reporting purposes and shared with Ron Poindexter. The data and results from the survey will be anonymous. No names will be attributed to the survey results.
