You are invited to take part in the current Health and Social Care Forum project, looking at service provision for people aged 65+ in Skye and Lochalsh. This survey (being run by Skye and Lochalsh CVO a charity registered in Scotland SC013885) will take just a few minutes of your time and all responses (along with consequent reports) will be kept anonymous.
