Colortrac product warranties¹ will commence from the date you first install your scanner and the SmartWorks software and scanner drivers (if applicable).

¹Colortrac markets its products through a network of Authorised Distributors and Resellers who are trained to support and service Colortrac products and be responsible for providing all post sales and warranty support to end user customers on our behalf.

Question Title

Scanner S/N (serial number). This is an 8-character ID beginning with the letter L, S, H or T located near the rating label on, or underneath the scanner and close to the switch (take care when looking underneath the scanner). The 5-digit number beginning MS should be ignored.
