Plaza Research Los Angeles is looking for males and females with various medical conditions to participate in nationwide telephone interviews during January 25-27, at various times. If you qualify and are chosen to participate you will receive $125 for 60 minutes of your time.
Please note: If it is determined that you do not qualify during the telephone interview due to incorrect information you have provided you will not receive compensation.
As with all Plaza Research studies, participants will be contacted on a first come first serve basis. Please fill out answers to the following questions to the best of your knowledge.
