Children of Military Families Survey

* In accordance wiith the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Amherst Regional Public Schools is conducting a survey to determine which students are members of a military family as defined by the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.

If you are a parent of a student currently attending Amherst Regional Public Schools, please indicate if he or she is a child of any of the following on or before October 1, 2014:

- Active duty members of the uniformed services, National Guard and Reserve on active duty orders
- Members or veterans who are medically discharged or retired within (1) year
- Members who die on active duty
