Welcome!
The purpose of this study is to learn more about Lean Transformation initiatives in a variety of organizational settings. Specifically, we are interested in studying the factors that influence lean transformation success.
LEAN TRANSFORMATION is broadly defined in this study as the organization's effort to embrace the lean philosophy as a means to systematically achieve continuous improvement, cost reduction, increased efficiency, and enhanced value for customers.

Your input is greatly appreciated, and the results of this study will provide valuable information regarding the current status of lean transformation initiatives in your company.
