St. Anthony Park Strategic Plan Survey |
Introduction and Instructions
St. Anthony Park Community Council (SAPCC) is working to evolve our mission and purpose to define who we are, what we do, and how we do it so that the organization may be most relevant to St. Anthony Park residents and businesses today and in the long-term future.
Through this survey, meetings, interviews, and focus groups we intend to reach 1000 of the residents, students, and business or nonprofit employees in our community.
This survey will take you about 15 minutes to complete. It asks you about who you are, what you find good about the St. Anthony Park (SAP) neighborhood as well as what you would like to see improved. We also ask you how best to communicate with you and with what issues you might want to become involved.
Use the "prev" and "next" buttons at the end of each page to move back and forth in the survey. As long as you have not clicked "done" you can re-enter the survey at a later time from the same computer.
We are working with a consultant, Barbara Raye, from the Center for Policy, Planning, and Performance. So if you need any help or have questions, please contact her directly at 612-874-0535 or email barbara.raye@effective.org.
For general information contact us at info@sapcc.org or go the the website at www.sapcc.org.
We will begin summarizing the information on May 4. So please give us your ideas and suggestions before then. Feel free to send the link to anyone else that lives, works, does business, goes to school or recreates in SAP. We want to hear from as many people as possible.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
