Intra-Club July 27th 2014

Preparations are underway for the next Intra-Club competition scheduled to coincide with our fourth Sunday meeting on July 27th 2014

The style chosen for this competition is Mead, BJCP guideline style 24,25 and 26. Which includes the following:

24A. Dry Mead
24B. Semi-Sweet Mead
24C. Sweet Mead
25A. Cyser
25B. Pyment
25C. Other Fruit Melomel
26A. Metheglin
26B. Braggot
26C. Open Category Mead

You will need to enter a minimum of 12oz. This can be in one or two bottles.
There are no entry fees for this competition. Your entries will need to be turned in by Saturday, July 26th.

Drop off location will be Southern Brewing and Winemaking.

As always, we are looking for volunteers to judge and steward.
