Horse Colic Experience Survey

Thank you for participating in this short survey about your experiences and perceptions regarding colic in horses, which is being implemented in conjunction with Equine Colic Awareness Month 2014, held in June. The entire survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

This survey is being administered by Freedom Health for the Crusade Against Equine Colic. Summaries of responses to the various questions will be presented on the Crusade Against Equine Colic website and Facebook pages.
