The Measure of Success 2012 |
Introduction
This study has been designed to collect and compile the legal profession's opinions as to how best to measure, track progress, and recognize diversity and inclusion success. Lawyers, law students, judges, diversity professionals, legal administrators, law school faculty and administrators, bar association staff, and anyone actively involved in the legal profession is invited to respond. Respondents need only provide their own personal opinions; no research is required. The study seeks to ascertain 1) what are the ultimate diversity and inclusion standards, goals and objectives to which the legal profession aspires; and 2) what diversity and inclusion goals and objectives the legal profession believe are attainable and achievable within the next 3-5 years. All responses must be submitted by March 15, 2013.
Respondents are requested to provide only their own personal opinions as opposed to any positions intended to reflect the views or positions of their employer or an organization they may represent.
At the conclusion of the study, the aggragate results will be reported and made available electronically at no cost on the IILP website at www.TheIILP.com.
