Thank you for attending Beerology 2013 at the Buffalo Museum of Science on April 13. Please help us by answering a few questions about your experience at the event. Your responses are vital to the process of improving and enhancing future events. All information collected in the survey is anonymous and will be used for statistical analysis only.

All respondents who include their name, address and telephone number in the space provided at the end of the survey will be eligible to win two complimentary tickets to this year's Star Lights event on Saturday, June 29. The Museum’s annual summer fundraiser will return with a new twist. Guests will not only be treated to spectacular city views and stargazing with the Buffalo Astronomical Association on the rooftop (weather permitting), they’ll also explore celestial bodies inside the Museum. A variety of astronomy-related activities will take place throughout the building, in addition to wine and food sampling. Admission to Star Lights will also include entry to Body Worlds Vital.
