The Community Connections Small Grants Program is a pilot program of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Northwestern Mutual Foundation and the Zilber Family Foundation created to support resident-led efforts to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods. The program awards grants of up to $500 to fund neighborhood projects, events and activities. All grant applications will be reviewed and scored by a group of residents from some of the neighborhoods listed below. The review team will make recommendations about which grants to fund.
It is recommended that you review the application questions prior to submission. The application must be

Funding decisions will be made by the end of July 2014. The contact person for your project will be notified about whether or not your project has been funded.
