September 2014 Coaches Challenge Tracking Form

This is the tracking form for new recruits gained September 1st-30th, and is due on Wednesday October 8th, 2014.

A new recruit is anyone who has signed up to be a mentor with your program and has expressed a long-term commitment. Because the process to become a mentor can take several weeks, individuals do not necessarily need to be matched during the reporting period they are counted in.

Please be sure that you have the November tracking form due date on your calendars. It is listed below, as a reminder.
