August 2014 Coaches Challenge Tracking Form

This is the tracking form for new recruits gained August 1st-31st, and is due on Monday, September 8.

A new recruit is anyone who has signed up to be a mentor with your program and has expressed a long-term commitment. Because the process to become a mentor can take several weeks, individuals do not necessarily need to be matched during the reporting period they are counted in.

Please be sure that you have the September, October, and November tracking form due dates on your calendars. They are listed below, as a reminder.
