The City of Gastonia has partnered with the Gaston, Cleveland, Lowell Metropolitan Planning Organization, The City of Lowell, and NCDOT to study existing and future year transportation improvements. The plan will develop a strategy to address future transportation needs for the Franklin Boulevard, Cox Road, S. Main Street and NC 7 corridors.
