The Eclipse Study – M24-305 study team is preparing to launch a website and outreach campaign with a subject recruitment company called AutoCruitment, to assist with subject recruitment efforts. Here is a link to the training webinar.
This website will contain basic trial information, as well as a pre-screener for subjects to sign up, be pre-screened against preliminary criteria and be matched to the research site closest to their location (within 30 miles). Subjects will be referred to you through the user friendly AutoCruitment portal immediately with an AutoCruitment Site Engagement Specialist on hand to assist with anything you might need; from SMSing (texting) the subject for you, calling subjects on behalf of your site, or updating the portal for you.
It will cost your site nothing to be listed on this website, and you can withdraw from participation at any time. We only ask that if you do participate, that you follow up with any qualified passed patients within 48 business hours (or work with the AutoCruitment Site Engagement Specialist on this), to ensure that they do not lose interest, and that you are willing to track outcomes of these subjects (i.e., who has screened/randomized), so we can determine how well the campaign is working. We ask that you complete three contact attempts for each qualified passed patient.
If you wish to opt-in to this process to receive zs for your site, please confirm your information below. Your site's name, address and phone number will only be displayed to subjects that pass the online pre-screener and are referred to your site. You will also have the option of providing a contact email to subjects (recommended). You will receive additional communications from AutoCruitment about the qualified passed patient follow up and tracking process. You can turn off qualified passed patients at any time, or request a temporary referral hold if needed. You can also request assistance from the Site Engagement Specialist in helping to contact New Qualified passed patients or No Shows by phone or SMS (text).
