TITLE: The Sixties

"This workshop is designed to help teachers who are planning a new course on the 60s, as well as those who wish to introduce new topics in an existing class. The workshop will focus on the politics, history and culture of the period, using literature, film and music to illuminate important themes. We will also consider the lasting influence of the 1960s on contemporary politics and culture."

The instructor will cover specific topics of interest to attendees who make requests through the Center of Pedagogy.

Seating is limited and will be determined on a first come, first served basis. If you are confirmed for a seminar and cannot attend, we must receive notification prior to the seminar. Participants who do not attend seminars for which they are confirmed jeopardize participation in future seminars.
For all Teachers As Scholars seminars, breakfast and lunch will be served.
Breakfast will be available starting at 8:30 a.m.

All participants must park in the Red Hawk Deck. Parking passes will be provided.
