You are invited to participate in a study conducted in partnership with the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and several North American Seventh-day Adventist universities and colleges. Through your participation, we hope to learn about local church connection or disconnection among recent Adventist university graduates.
The survey should take 20-30 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymized; Any individually identifiable responses will be securely stored and will be available only to researchers directly involved in this study. We ask that you try to answer all questions. However, if there are any questions that you would prefer to skip, simply leave the answer blank. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are not 18 or older, please exit this online survey and do not complete it. If you need to exit the survey before you complete it, you may return at a later time to finish it using the same computer.
Your decision whether or not to participate will not prejudice your future relations with the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists or the university or college you attended. If you decide to participate, you are free to withdraw your consent and to discontinue participation at any time without penalty.
