Global Imagery Subscription Survey

The Digital Globe Imagery is now available via Subscription in BackCountry Navigator.

Choose "More Maps Sources" and look for Digital Globe under worldwide. To purchase subscription, see Menu->Purchasing Addons. 7 day trial is available when you choose buy.

* 2. Frequently, BackCountry Navigator requests for imagery like that seen on Google Maps or Bing Satellite. Google Maps does not allow offline use of their imagery. Suppose we were to offer a subscription from Digital Globe (which powers these) that allows you to save them on your mobile device for offline use, just as you do with some other maps now. Suppose we were to offer this for $29.99 a year. Would you sign up?

* 5. In order to make this work we have to guarantee a certain volume. If we don't have enough volume, we cannot make this affordable. If we overestimate the volume, we are likely to go bankrupt and BackCountry Navigator would cease to exist. With that in mind, how sure are you of your answers above.
