2014 U-16 Youth Club Championships Application (Phase 1)

Thank you for your interest in attending the U-16 division of the 2014 USA Ultimate Youth Club Championships.

The 2014 USA Ultimate Youth Club Championships will be held in Blaine, MN on August 9-10.

Phase 1 applications must be completed by 5pm MT Friday, Feb. 28. Bids will be awarded according to the team selection process on March 7.
- USA Ultimate-sanctioned Youth Club Leagues with multiple age divisions must fill out the application by the deadline.
- At-large applicants must fill out the application in order to receive instructions for the required youth club development proposal. Both the application and proposal are due by the deadline stated above. It is highly recommend that you submit the application early in order to have time to develop a quality youth club league development proposal.
