Each year we conduct a survey seeking your feedback on the programs and services that America's Charities provides on your behalf. Your feedback is very important to us and forms the basis of our client engagement services and solutions. This survey should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by Friday, April 14th, 2017.
In the survey, we refer to workplace giving campaigns (WPG). WPG is a benefit provided by an employer that offers employees the ability to make one-time or recurring donations to eligible charities via payroll deduction, credit card, or check.
Public sector campaigns include the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and State and Local (S&L) campaigns.
"Unrestricted" funds are donations that are available for a nonprofit to use toward any purpose. Unrestricted funds usually go toward the operating expenses of an organization.
Please Note: This survey is in reference to services provided for your organization between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 (2016 membership year). A request to evaluate our performance in 2017 will go out in 2018.
