The Office of Library and Information Services is conducting a survey of Talking Books Plus (TBP) members. Please help TBP serve you better by answering this brief member survey. If you need help with the survey, call 401-574-9310 Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Your responses are important to us. The survey will close on July 7, 2013.

The survey is set up by Talking Books Plus service areas with rating scale questions. You may only select one rating choice per question. If you have comments concerning a survey question, add them in the comments section following the question. Comments about the Talking Books Plus service unrelated to a particular survey question may be added in the last question, General Comments (Question 14).
