newer MDAnderson Doctor uses 2Gy Fractions, other 1.8

we use a 6Gy x 7 fx too for low-intermediate risk.

Our physician does high risk cases 180 cGy x 40 for 7200 cGy (4500 cGy whole pelvis, followed by IMRT boost). Low risk is 200 cGy x 38 = 7600 cGy (IMRT throughout).
