Rarely do in vivo-but use diodes for static photons and order TLDs from MDA for electrons per Dr. order.

TLDs used for TBI/sensitive organ measurements. Diodes used for entrance dose measurements for our conventional plans

EBT3 film is our main choice for in-vivo dosimetry because it can be used in almost any in-vivo scenario where other dosimeters may be less convenient or less appropriate. The fact that it is 2D and can give us a dose map is invaluable compared with all the 1D point dosimeters. We still have an in-vivo diode program, and OSLs too, but they're only used a fraction of the time.

Mosfets are quite accurate. The software is easy to use and you get instant readouts. However the mosfets themselves with the associated cabling and wires can be a hassle.

My Thomson/Nielsen MOSFET20 is still running after all these years, very dependable. Wireless would be nice, but 5 channels are convenient.

I loved the Sicel OneDose MOSFET detector. Please encourage a vendor to bring it back!!!

SNC Invivo Dosimetry software is pretty out of date.

MOSFET is great for its immediate dose reading, but the cables can be a hassle, especially for fidgety TBI pediatric patients. The Nanodot OSLDs would be a top choice due to ease of clinical implementation
