Underpaid and overworked

Good, I do most of the simulations. And we had a part time therapist retire. So I am working her hours at the treatment machine. The manager, also a CMD, plans on the days that I am treating. We are a very small center in Northern Wisconsin, treating ~ 15 patients a day on a brand new TrueBeam.

I'm a Jr. Physicist who's official title is Dosimetrist, as couldn't find a proper Physicist job. (Though I do like my job and am treated well, though overworked)
