I thought the discussion and general engagement on topics was good, especially the Abu Dhabi question and the mock decisional participant wargame.

I really liked the effort with the roleplay on the Empowered Community thing, it was a novel way to go and helped people pay attention I think.
Cocktail great.

For remote participants: Place presentations in advance or simultaneously with the speaker's presentation

Rooms with the windows would be preference, but of course, ccNSO decide the meeting place themselfs, it depends from the host.

Make certain information more accessible to ccTLD community (e.g. the discussion on the Empowered Community mechanims). Katrina did well, but it cold be further enhanced

Where decisions are to be taken, it would be useful if these are clearly flagged in advance of the meeting. Some of the questions (like the ccNSO procedure on approval or rejection actions) are very complex to understand and do not lend themselves to the presentation then vote format.

On the Empowered Community discussion about approval and rejection actions, I think the presentations should have focused less on the background, and mostly on the issue the Council or GRC wanted guidance on. So much time was spent on background.
Also, I think more of the time available could have been spent discussing why people wanted the option they wanted. On the Tuesday session there was no debate, just a vote - hard for people to choose without hearing arguments and ideas.
The Board members session was a little bit too short.

Quiz during the ccNSO cocktail was great. It is a great opportunity for ccNSO participants to have a great time, to catch the important information if they missed it during the meeting. In other words, it is fun time after a hard day. I just should propose to have more similar gaming like crossbones or other knowledge action to let people to rest after hard day in the meetings to have fun and relax!

the cctld community should not accept the way some community members treat ccnso guests and icann staff. we may dislike or disagree with others but it does not give us the right to behave like immature teenagers
