They make a difference in the lives of many who have little to nothing.

Because the We Build People Campaign focuses on raising money for the community for people who might not have enough money to participate in programs that the YMCA provides. One of the premier programs is "Livestrong" a program that allows cancer surviving patients to gain a family during their process by putting them with people going through the same process while building comradery through fitness.

They give to the community. Donations are given to them and those donations go back out- clothes, furniture, food, etc.-to those that need them.
