ExacTrac is our "Gold Standard" for 6DOF alignment. We then verify iso using OBI kV-kV to ensure the same isocenter position was sent to both ExacTrac and the R&V. Also to ensure the correct isocenter is loaded in ExacTrac when there are multiple isocenters.

We do the winston lutz, align the box, CBCT, then take MV's of every arc to match w/ the DRR's from Brainlab to ensure iso w/ table kicks.

Verification is done with a kV-MV pair due to fears of localization on Exactrac using the wrong CT (which used to be possible).

If we are one our brainlab unit we use exactrac. If it is on our non brainlab we use CBCT and Kv kv between beams with isocal and winston lutz done on day of treatment
