Understanding Stressors in the Workplace |
Introduction
This research is being conducted by Elizabeth Vahey Smith to determine the rates at which common types of events in the workplace occur and the stress that they evoke. It is being conducted in conjunction with the upcoming book Trauma-Informed Leadership in hopes of better equipping leaders to create psychologically safe spaces that promote employee wellbeing.
