About the workshop

This two-day training workshop is tailored for local inbound tour operators, agencies currently specializing in outbound tourism but eager to expand into receptive tourism, and new entrants planning to establish an inbound tourism business. The program aims to strengthen local capacities and provide an in-depth understanding of international best practices in areas such as package creation, marketing, sales, partnership development with foreign agencies, and destination management.

Reaching International Travel Markets - Consumer
  • Marketing planning (goals, processes, channels, tools & content).
  • B2C/Consumer marketing and sales, social media, mobile & website design, automated billing & payment tools.
Reaching International Travel Markets - Trade
  • B2B/Trade marketing and lead generation.
  • B2B sales (pitch, negotiation, contracts and upselling).
