I am a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) student at the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva. As part of my degree, I am conducting research that aims to explore the impact of remote work on women's career progression in the technology industry in the United Kingdom. Given the widespread adoption of remote work and the evolving nature of technology, which requires a wide talent pool, it is more relevant than ever to undertake this study.
