City of West Hollywood Landlord/Tenant Cost Sharing Survey

Caring for residents and protecting rent stabilized housing are top priorities for the City of West Hollywood. Right now, landlords are able to file for a rent increase if building operation costs, including costs for seismic retrofitting, exceed rent collected.
