Carlene Weaver Achievement Award

This award honors individuals with developmental disabilities whose lived experience, actions or self-advocacy helped change perceptions or bring about positive awareness for those with developmental disabilities in our community. Nomination period is open through January 17, 2025, for the March 2025 awards.

Winners will be notified in February 2025 and invited (with 1 complimentary guest) to the Summit DD Appreciation Breakfast on March 27, 2025.

Eligibility requirements:

Nominee must be a person with a disability served by Summit DD
Nominee must be an individual (not a group)
Previous winners of this award are not eligible
