If you have ever had an extramarital affair…

We invite you to participate (anonymously) in this study. Our goals are to:
1) Discover the factors that determine whether or not marriages are likely to survive;
2) Determine the degree to which people are likely to personally recover from this experience.

There are two parts to this questionnaire, which should take about ten minutes to complete:
1) The basic demographic information needed to interpret the research data;
2) A list of multiple-choice questions about your personal experience.

We realize that some of this information is very personal and sensitive and it will be kept totally confidential. It will be used only for compiling a base of information to help people who are personally struggling with this issue, as well as to assist therapists in more effectively responding to those who seek their help.

Since the usefulness of the data depends on having complete responses to all the questions, only those questionnaires filled out in full can be included in this study.
