Thank you very much for participating in our survey.  Your information, anonymously provided, is a vital part of the Service & Support Animals Initiative, to help us:
  1. Discover the biggest challenges faced by Ontario businesses, services, municipalities, and other organizations.
  2. Identify the greatest barriers to public access for service & support animal users.
  3. Generate solutions to help all stakeholders.
