VCERA Alameda Decision Impact Retirement Survey 2023

County of Ventura SEIU 721 represented employees,

We will be bargaining with the County over the impact of the Alameda Decision which will exclude the non-payable Flex Credit in the calculation of the VCERA retirement benefit. While the County has a proposal on the table that would create a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), we are looking for other solutions that can help mitigate the impact on Classic Members.
