A large proportion of patients with endometrial cancer suffer from post-therapeutic urinary incontinence. Several modalities of therapy for endometrial cancer, such as radiation, chemotherapy, surgery, and anti-oestrogen medications, promote the development of urinary incontinence. However, these patients’ complaints are often not recorded in follow-up care and remain untreated.

This survey aims to increase the awareness and focus of gynecologic oncologists on this issue and ensure that such symptoms are addressed, ultimately enhancing the patients’ quality of life.
