We regularly receive complaints from members regarding the requirement to wear long sleeves and long pants on a majority of construction sites in South Australia.
We have a strong belief that wearing additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as long sleeves and long pants, in hot weather or hot environments increases the risk of developing heat-related illnesses.
The purpose of this survey is to gather initial information about long sleeves, long pants policies on South Australian construction sites, and your opinions in relation to these policies.
