Introduction

This survey focuses on your perception of the mission, vision, values and business objectives of your organisation. It is confidential. Specific information relating to you and your responses will not be shared without your permission.

Our purpose is to assess company, team and individual alignment in advance of the facilitated meeting you are participating in. It is a snapshot of opinion (to aid the facilitator) rather than a scientific study and has been designed to provoke thought before we meet.

Please complete and submit before close of business (in your time zone) one week before the meeting takes place.
