NATIONALLY ACCREDITED UNITS IN THIS COURSE
BSBXCM401 - Apply communication strategies in the workplace.
Develop skills and knowledge required to facilitate and apply effective
communication strategies in the workplace within any industry.
BSBCMM412 - Lead difficult conversations.
Role play and case studies show us how to guide to prepare, facilitate and lead difficult conversations.
BSBPEF502 - Develop and use emotional intelligence.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to be self-aware and to self-regulate. Emotionally intelligent leaders and managers know their strengths and challenges and how to achieve outcomes. Just like IQ is a measure of intelligence, Emotional Quotient (EQ) is a way to measure how well you interact with people. The more EQ the better a leader can recognise emotions in themselves and others, and how they manage these emotional states to motivate and build stronger teams.
