The Swansea Rt. 6/118 Corridor is an area just east of I-195 facing the Cole River that has long been identified as a place with potential to be a vibrant economically diverse, pedestrian friendly area. The Town of Swansea seeks to create a redevelopment strategy for the area to jumpstart economic and community development.
